Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Trak-r Logger TL-2000 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Trane products, including obsoleted and phased-out Triac parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Triconex product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Trane such as the X1365045009 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2R300SO manufactured by Triac and we are pleased to be able to service most Triac systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7400213REVA by Manufacturer Triconex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Trane Brand 62000050116200004806 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tri-onics such as 007D12011002 equipment made by Tri-onics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tri-onics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tri-onics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1000231 made by Trienco as well as the popular 610A304265 original spares produced by Transmation

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6200002209 by Trane and 007D12011002 spares by Tri-onics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 740011000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Triconex.
